Conditional Formatting in PowerBI Pivot Table

Hi,

 

Anyone know how to create conditional formatting in a measure (created in one data table) that compare against another data table (specification)?

    Anonymous ,The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
