Conditional Formatting in Clustered Column Chart not Available
- Anonymous2 years ago
Hi manosjxmaah ,
Based on your description, it appears that you’re looking to apply conditional formatting to the Columns of a clustered column chart with Legend in Power BI. However, conditional formatting cannot be applied to columns when a legend is present, as you might have observed in the Format pane. I recommend reviewing the following thread which discusses a similar requirement. I hope you find it helpful.

You can not apply conditional formatting to a Cluster Column Chart because the Legend colour is static.
Please consider using a Line and Cluster Column Chart with:-
X Axis - Month
Column Y Axis - Price
Line y-axis = Benchmark
Legend - Category
It does not use conditional formating but is an excellent visual if you just have a few categories.
The graph could get very messy if you hace lots of categories
Best Regards
