Conditional Formatting for specific field value in power bi desktop
- Anonymous8 years ago
Hi Charu,
Yes that would indeed be the best solution but if I am not mistaken conditional formatting is at the moment only possible for the "Table" and "Matrix" visual so that is the reason I presented you with this workaround.

Hi Charu,
Here are the step I took to solve your problem:
Data used is:
UserScore
| Brian | 0.67 |
| Carl | 2.45 |
| Sean | 5.2 |
| Rick | 7.75 |
Step 1Step 2
Step 3Step 4
If you have any further questions or if this is not exactly what you wanted please let me know :)
Best regards,

Hi Charu,
What exactly do you want the card to display the average of all the scores ? Since a card can only display one score.

Yeah, I want to display score based on the player filter and I need to bring the color like if the score is less than 10 Red and greater than 10 Green.

Hi Charu,
I think this is possible with the "KPI visual" Please look at the examples below. (Note the target in the example is 5 not 10 but you can make it whatever you want)
I made a second table which I named "Target" the table looks like this:
Target 5.00 Example 1Example 2
This is not exactly the way you are supposed to use this visual but I couldnt think of another solution, I hope this works for you.

Try the "Card with States by OKviz", you can select states and colors with that one.
Hope it helps.
