Conditional Formatting for Cards

Hello Power BI Community,

I'm trying to conditional format such that

- if [ChairsAvailable] measure is less than 0, I would like [ChairsTotal] measure to be red

- else if [ChairsAvailable] measure is more than 0, I would like [ChairsTotal] measure to be black

As seen in the screenshot, the [ChairsTotal] 52 renamed to Total in the visual is less than the [ChairsFilled] 53 renamed to Filled in the visual as there is negative value for [ChairsAvailable] -1 renamed to Available in the visual, hence i would like the [ChairsTotal] callout value and label to be red since [ChairsAvailable] is negative.

However, the Conditional Formatting does not seem to work.

The formula for [ChairsTotal] = [ChairsAvailable] + [ChairsFilled]
