APPD31 and APPD32 will always be a pair. APPD71 and APPD72 will always be a pair.You know that but Power BI doesn't. You need to provide a hint (like a Pair ID) in the data.
Please provide sample data that fully covers your issue. Right now there is no problem (apart from the missing group ID column).
Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided.
