Conditional Formatting based on row

Good Afternoon Everyone

I have a table that consists of count of number

Conditional Formatting.PNG

I also applied conditional formatting based on said count of number. I want the gradation of conditional formatting applied on row.
As you can see, the dark color concentrated on a certain row. I want each row to have their own gradation

How to achieve that?

Thank you

Ranking within category : =
VAR _currentcategory =
MAX ( Categories[Category] )
VAR _newtable =
FILTER ( ALL ( Data ), Data[Category] = _currentcategory )
RETURN
RANKX ( _newtable, [Value total :],, DESC )
