Conditional Formatting and Date Filters

Hi,

I have the below data in PowerBI. I have the matrix visual where I am trying to show this data for only Sales Amounts. I have created measure to only look at the Approved status columns. As you can see, there are some Sales Order No that repeat based on Contract stage.

I have created a calendar and created an active relationship with Sales 1 date. In other measures, I have created relationship with other dates based on Userelationship formula.

When I click on a month and year, I see the relevant Sales Amounts.

The issue I ran into is when I use conditional formatting (Rules; based on Status column) and filter on the date, the conditional formatting breaks down. I want to show the approved sales amount by highlighting them in green color. The ones that don't have a status should still show the $ amount but no highlights.

I don't know if it's coincidental but the conditional formatting doesn't break down for Sales 1 amount.

Thank you in advance for your help.
