Conditional Formatting Option not visible in Power BI Desktop

My Power BI desktop does not show Conditional Formatting as an option. How to enable that. I am using the Pro License..

Many thanks to @lucadelicio  for your very quick and effective replies, and I will give some additions below:

1. Conditional Formatting is a free feature in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, needn't license.

2. Not all charts are supported this feature, only support Table and Matrixes visual in Power BI.

3. You need visualze data firstly, then you could set conditional formatting.

try to verify that you are using th latest version of powerbi.
File, about:
Version: 2.126.1261.0 64-bit (February 2024)
Otherwise try to update it downloading the file from powerbi site or from th microsoft app store.

Where you don't visualize the conditional format panel? Can you show a screen?
