Conditional Formatting Only Part of A string based on applied slicer

Hello fellow PowerBI users!

I`m working on a request and the task is to only color code a part of a string that matches a slicer that has been applied on the page.

I`m including attached below a desired result. Can you advise if this can be achieved?

My efforts so far only result in color coding the entire row which is not my purpose. Appreciate your ideas.

Such a decorative task is for VBA, to be exact, Range.Characters property.

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!

@pbirookie , I doubt that is possible as of now. You can color complete value.
