Conditional Formatting Missing from Card Visual - Power Bi Desktop - September 2022 Update

Hi,

The conditional formatting option for number cards seems to have disappeared from Power Bi Desktop since the September 2022 update.

Any idea why that it is and how to resolve the issue?

I have number cards that I previously formatted which are still working but I'm unable to update as well.
