Hello All,
I'm currently using the Conditional formatting icons in a matrix to show information at a glance. (see screenshot)
I'm attempting to make a legend in the report to show what these symbols mean but the Insert shapes (see screenshot) does not have these Icons availabe. Are these Icons availabe in Desktop or on a Microsoft page or will I need to custom make these Icons myself?

Hi @Anonymous ,
As far as I know, specific icons used for conditional formatting cannot be accessed directly as standalone shapes or icons in Power BI Desktop, so they cannot be used outside of the context of conditional formatting. You can consider the following method: Insert - Image.
Download an icon that matches or represents the conditional formatting icon you are using, or take a screenshot of the matrix displaying the conditional formatting icon, crop the icon from the screenshot, and insert these icons and screenshots as images into your Power BI report.
Best Regards,
Liu Yang
