Conditional Formatting Cards

Hi,

I have this visual and I am looking to apply some conditional formatting.

I want anything less than $1m to have the background color of the card in red.

so i click on this

and this launches the following which I enter as:

But when I click ok everything appears unchanged.
I would have expected two of the below cards marked with a red star to have a background color filled in red.

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi mp390988,

The conditional formatting didn’t work because the rule wasn’t applied to the correct measure. In the conditional formatting pane, under “Based on field,” select the exact measure shown in the card (e.g., “This Year Sales”). Then set the rule: if value is less than 1000000, set the background color to red. Click OK to apply.
