Make sure you use Power BI Desktop November release(2.64.5285.582). Firstly, create a measure using DAX below.
Measure = IF(MAX(Table[DueDate])<TODAY(),"#e61e6b")
Secondly, configure conditional formatting for the DueDate columns as shown in the following similar screenshots.
