Conditional Column based on number ranges

See below in yellow , I'm doing a conditional column based on the total that's in the TotCallsAnswered Column, but having some difficulty with the conditions.  Any help or guidance is appreciated.

you should keep the operator in the same logic.

Hi  @jcastr02 ,

 

You can also try the dax function

Create calculated column:

Dax =
SWITCH(
    TRUE(),
    'Table'[Value]<1000,"<1000",
    'Table'[Value]>=1000&&'Table'[Value]<2000,"1001-2000",
    'Table'[Value]>=2000&&'Table'[Value]<3000,"2001-3000",
    ">=3000")
