Problem:
I have a landing page that lets users select the current scenario (dropdown filter visual) and the comparison scenario (another dropdown filter visual). There is a button on this same page "Go to visualization" and by default, it goes to a Bookmark 1 page. This Bookmark 1 page contains ANNUAL information. So, if the user selects Current Scenario = "2022 Actuals", then the out-months (September-December) would drop to zero for this line in the stacked area chart on Bookmark 1 page.
Question:
If it's possible I'd like the button to be linked to Bookmark 2 (contains YTD information) IF the user selects Current Scenario = "2022 Actuals" and Bookmark 1 in all other cases.
Maybe this can be achieved through making a measure. Any solution would be appreciated!
Thank you!!
Hi @nimblecat ,
According to your statement, I think you want to create a conditional measure to link the bookmark button to the different bookmarks dynamiclly based on selection.
As far as I know, Power BI doesn't support us to use destination in bookmark like Page navigation action.
We could only select determinded bookmark.
Here I suggest you to put all entries in different pages and try page naviagtion.
Or you can vote up this idea for this function : https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/search-ideas/
Or you can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
