Conditial column with a List.Max date

How do you obtain the latest date in a series of values, and use that in as a parameter.   For example, I'd want to filter out just the end of month dates, PLUS the latest date of that whole list e...

Well I did a work around that is better. I have two cells in excel, and I pass the values in two parameters that are used in a filter in power query.
