Concatenating Columns changes Date Format
Hi all,
I have a simple function concatenating 3 columns (2 are text, 1 is in date format).
ConcDate = Tasks[ProjectName] & " : " & Tasks[TaskName] & " : " & Tasks[TaskStartDate].[Date]
When the result of this is displayed in a Card visualisation, the date format changes from what I have it set as in Modelling from dd/mm/yy to mm/dd/yyyy. I guess this is because the new concatenated column is in text format, so my previously set date format (dd/mm/yy) is ignored.
Is there a method I can force the new concatenated column to use dd/mm/yy rather than what it wants me to use?

You can use the format function for the concatenation:
ConcDate = Tasks[ProjectName] & " : " & Tasks[TaskName] & " : " & FORMAT(Tasks[TaskStartDate] ,"dd/mm/yyyy")
