    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    You could create a calculated column:

    Column = CONCATENATEX(FILTER('Table','Table'[Category]=EARLIER('Table'[Category])),'Table'[Values],"-")

Anonymous , Create a new measure and use that with Category

 

concatenatex(Table, [Values], " - ")
