Concatenate a column based on the selected months data

I was trying the concat the value of "st" between selected dates from slicer. by using selectedvalue of min and max. But i couldn't get the result. Could you please suggest me.

I am having misdate in this table, whereas i have created another date table to have YearMonth, YearQtr etc, also i made relationship for misdate between date table and the other table which i am using for report.
