I have been asked to create a visual that looks like the image below. I can write the measures for each element but I'm struggling to work out how to get the visual to look right. Can I do this with Calculation Groups on a Matrix visual? If so, how do I start down that route? What other options can anyone suggest?

@mikemagill , Seem like a measure on top, the calculation group can help. You can now create them using Model View.
Calculation Groups- Measure Slicer, Measure Header Grouping, Measure to dimension conversion. Complex Table display : https://youtu.be/qMNv67P8Go0
