Complex Multi Tier Lookup in PQ to return Fee

HI Guys

I have an experimental sheet with a shared link HERE.

My quest is I have a file from eBay with my listings also I have a file from my supplier. I have merged two tables so I have my selling price on eBay & my supplier'ss price.

I am trying to build a sheet that works out all the fees and profit vis PQ.

The very first headache is trying to work out eBay FVF (Final Value Fee) which is a percentage but they vary depending on what category it is.
I have a table colour coded with % values but the Categories are multi-level.

    <--- Could you please clarify more details and share the measure or calculate columns you are using for further analysis?
