Completion rate of the month I selected from the Date Slicer

What formula should I use to see the completion rate of the month I selected from the Date Slicer in the relevant report?

For example, when I select April, it will perform the operation of today/last day of the month. (4/30=%13)

When I select March, it will be 31/31=%100 because March has ended.

When I select January-February-March-April, it will give the result of (31+28+31+4/31+28+31+30=%0.78).

I kindly request your support.

Thank you.
