Completing a rollforward in Power BI
I'd like to create a roll forward of headcount data . My data is in this format

| Hire1 | A | Jan |
| Leaver1 | B | Feb |
| Hire2 | C | March |
| Hire3 | D | June |
| Leaver2 | E | July |
| Leaver3 | F | Feb |
The roll forward should look like this. I'm not clear on how to get the next month's data to automatically roll forward.
