Comparing columns of data and flagging if value is more than a stated value

I'm trying to come up with a matrix which shows whether employees work more than their contracted hours of work.  I need to know how often this occurs over a 13 week period.

I have a matrix which shows each employee, and the 13-week period I'm analysing with hours worked each week.

In a separate data source, I have the list of employees and their agreed contracted hours.  These two tables are linked through a relationship between the 'Employee Name' field.

I'm hoping I can get some sort of measure or filter that compares the hours worked each week with the contracted hours for each employee, and flags when the hours worked are more than contracted.

For audit purposes, I would ideally like some kind of visual... ideally the matrix (as per the first screenshot) with the values where the hours worked exceeds the contracted hours highlighted, and a count of the total times that has occured in the 13 week period in a column at the end.
