Compare two matrix tables from the same data table and show percentage difference

I have created two matrix table visualizations from the same data table and I want to show the percentage difference between each value in a third table. How do I achieve this? I am new to PowerBI so...

Can you provide sample data for testing? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures or Excel. I look forward to your response.
