Compare multiple columns and remove non-duplicate rows

Hi all, 

 

I'm trying to filter out a large table with the following conditions, but I can't figure it out. 

 

If in column 3 both texts for language D and E is not equal for same material then remove the complete row. 

 

Can anyone help me with this?

    I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.
