Compare forecast values in different months

Hi all,

 

I need creat a tool to compare the differencies values between months. So, for example I have a forecast in february of these values for this projects.

COD_PROJ31/01/202029/02/202031/03/202030/04/202031/05/202030/06/2020
PV38900167455 1000   300
PE38000744455 3000 700  
PE38000745455 1500   800

 

But in march iI have different values.

COD_PROJ31/01/202029/02/202031/03/202030/04/202031/05/202030/06/2020
PV38900167455 1500   500
PE38000744455 3000 700  
PE38000745455 2000   600

 

 

The ideia is compare this values to create a percentage error and see who predict better.

    _diff =
    VAR _minDate = MINX(tb_data; tb_data[DateSnapshot])
    VAR _maxDate = MAXX(tb_data; tb_data[DateSnapshot])
    RETURN
    CALCULATE(SUM(tb_data[Value]); FILTER(ALL(tb_data[DateSnapshot]); tb_data[DateSnapshot] = _maxDate)) -
    CALCULATE(SUM(tb_data[Value]); FILTER(ALL(tb_data[DateSnapshot]); tb_data[DateSnapshot] = _minDate))
