Compare Data at multiple level

I'm in the requirement gathering phase. Solution we are looking for is to compares sales by mutilple slicer.
Step 1: User Select Region for Slicer#1 then User Selects another Region from Slider#2 to Compare the sales between selected region
Step 2: User Selects Vendor from Slicer#3 then User Selects another Vendor from Slicer#4 to Compare sales by vendor
So at a very high level I would like to first compare sales by region and then within those regions sales by vendor.

Anonymous attached is something I did for another post where a user select different values from slicer and then compares it. You can extend the use of it to meet you needs.
