Company Leadership rate out of all employees

Hello dear,
I would like to have a measure to exclude the blank and calculate the rate of leadership, and the total highlighted in Yellow should be 100 % instead of calculating with the sum of the employees.
Note that all the functions are in the same column.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

hi, @Zack007 
(1)drag your Leadership column to filter pan part of filter on this page 
(2) choose advance filter and choose is not blank 
you get your answer

It works with isnot empty instead of isnot blank, thank you very much
