Compair total of two data set and if match green light

I want to compair a transformed data to another data total and if it matches I want to show a green light 🚦

I have some reports created manually and want to validate it's correctness by checking with other raw data. In power bi dashboard can we compare a total row in a data with other data and show the validation results
