Common Data Service Display Columns Data Showing in Edit Query but not Data?
- Anonymous6 years ago
Hi Icey
Thanks for the response, we actually found the issue with this not long after I posted the thread. It turns out that the issue was because we had removed the code columns for each of the display fields in the power query editor. As the display columns were still displaying correctly without the code columns in the power query editor we didn't think this would be a problem, but adding the code columns back in solved the issue and we can now see the display columns in the data (we then hide the code columns from the report view).
For info I was using Power BI version 2.72.5556.801 64-bit (August 2019) (I've since downloaded latest version).
Hi Anonymous ,
1. Does this issue just happen to this specific report or all reports? And do you try it again?
2. Which Power BI desktop version do you run? How about the result if you update it to the latest version?
3. Also please try to clear desktop cache then test again.
Best Regards,
Icey
