Comments on Line chart

Is there a way where we can add a comments column on a line chart in Power BI Desktop so that I can see the comments on chartLike above

Have you tried out the Pulse Chart custom visual from Microsoft?

But even with the Pulse Chart custom visual I am not able to display the comments on the graph, It is only showing the comments when I hover it across the points, and it is only allowing for a single value, but I need around 5 values and dual Y axis for my chart

It was the closest one I could think of. The timelineviewer might work bit it's complex
