    Hi vjnvinod,

     

    Based on my test, even the  recipients don't have reshare permission, they could add comments when viewing a dashboard.

vjnvinod They can do that in "Power BI Service" once the reports are deployed from Desktop.

    when i provide them the dashboard, the acess level shows only read and reshare.

    how can they edit and provide comments?

      vjnvinod Yes, they can't if they have read-only access.
