Comma decimal separators changed to dot

Pleas help with changing the decimal separators back to comma. The data is loading correctly (with comma as saparator in Power Query). But visualiwed with a dot instead. I have change the prefences both for Power BI and Windows, but nothing helps, it is driving my crazy.

Please try this way in Power Query:
Right-click the list header.

Hi @NastiaSiri ,

 

The Belgium number format is with dots. can you set the Regional format to ENglish (United Kingdom) and try.

Hi,

 

In Belgium with use comma as a decimal separator and a dot as grouping, which is what I need. I have it installed in my Windows, but Power Bi chnages it to dots anyway.
