  • Hi ecancio

This issue is typically caused by one of the following:

    1. Saved personal filters – Users might see different views if they previously applied and saved personal filters.

    2. Manual sorting changes – A user might have clicked the three-dot menu in a visual (like a table) and changed the sort order.

    3. Slicer misconfiguration – The user may have selected a different field in the slicer (e.g., future dates or a different date column entirely).

    To avoid these issues:

    • Disable persistent filters in the report settings to ensure everyone sees the published version.

    • Overlay a transparent shape to block the three-dot menu and prevent users from changing sort settings.

If none of these explain the behavior, it's likely a technical issue that cannot be diagnosed without access to the report. In that case, open a support ticket and include relevant screenshots.
