Combo chart with two lines and the same value

Is it possible to replicate the Excel chart from below? It has two lines, same value (£), but different scale as I'm comparing the quarterly trend between onecompany and the rest of the market combined.

 

This is based on data arranged in tabular form.

    You can do it with one as a line and the other as bars, but I don't think it's presently possible to have two lines with differing axes without real awkward workarounds
