Combo area and line chart?

Are there any new free options for creating a combo area and line chart? I'm trying to create a chart with two main series, the actual price and the forecasted price with a confidence interval. The confidence interval differs for every data point, i.e. it's not a constant value above/below, so any option like that will not work.

Here is what I'm able to make by layering two graphs on top of each other, which is close. Ideally, I would be able to see all four numbers in the hover tooltip, and also change the order of the lines to bring the light blue line to the very front, which are not possible here.

I don't want to use a bar + line combo cause I specifically want the area/line look of the dark blue series to match the light blue series as close as possible.

In terms of custom visuals, the closest I got was with Power KPI, but I already left a review detailing the missing functionality. Maybe a paid visual would work but I'm not paying.

Just wondering if there's any new options out there, since this has been brought up several times throughout the years and seems like a fairly simple visual missing from PBI.
