Combining two maps into one.

Hi everyone,

I have built one map that shows the location by point of over 800 addresses.

I have another map that is used from different data that shows the area location, based on a customers post code address.

I want to have both of these maps merged into one.

How is this possible please?

Cheers.

Hi @Hypie1337 - Instead of using two maps visualization suggest you to combine of two datasets into one single dataset and use the map visual. If there is a any common field (e.g., postal code) between the two datasets, create relationships between them in the Power BI Model view.

you can add a Map visual or filled map visualization, and set CustomerAddresses[Latitude] and CustomerAddresses[Longitude] for the location.

Configure size and color for bubbles.

You should be able to merge your point and area maps into a single, cohesive visualization.
