Combining few Fact tables with two dimensions

Hello

I'm trying to build a 'control center' page where multiple measures from multiple fact tables are presented in Cards.

1. this page will have two slicers based on two dim tables

2. No measure is combining more than one fact table.

when establishing the relationships in the model, power bi forced some of them to become inactive.

1. what is the reason for that restriction, I can't see the ambiguity?

2. how can I overcome this limitation?

again, No need to any combined measures, Just slicing all the cards by common slicer
