Combining different locations using lookup table

I am using a separate sheet to combine different locations as specialties of my data. Out of 130 locations 7 locations are not getting mapped/identified. I have checked case sensitivity, spelling, special characters etc still not getting mapped. Any suggestion would be helpful.
