Combining Two Columns (Calculated) But Getting Circular Dependency Error

try change it to:
3.Errors =
IF (
AND (
'Timesheet'[Activity Type] = "Control",
([2.Walkthrough]
+ [2.Design]
+ [2.Interim]
+ [2.Rollforward]
+ [2.Annual]
+ [2.Remediation] )
<> [Hours]

)p.s. try not to use CALCULATE in calcualted columns, context transition can spoil the calculation easily.
