Combining Slicer onto the Main Visual

Is there a way to add a slicer onto the visual itself?

 

I'm trying to combine Months slicer onto the bar chart. This way I would be able to pin this to a tile with the slicer available on the visual

 

I read another article in order to bypass the slicer is to create on the visual itself, but it does not say how to add to the visual

    It is not possible to add a slicer or any other visual in another. Further, you cannot pin slicers to dashboards as dashboards do not provide selection or interactivity. 

    However, if you pin the whole report as a dashboard, then you will get the whole functionality as desired.

    Hi jnguyen21 

    Unfortunately, it's impossible according to your idea. Because individual visualization tile is static and it can't be interacted with.

    But you can creat a page with the visual and slicer, then pin the entire report page to dashboard and you can interact with it. If you want to change the size of live page, you can customize in dashboard.
