Combined tooltips for Stacked column chart
Is it possible in Power BI stacked column chart to show a combined tooltips when hovered on any stack of the column in the chart like QPR chart shows below?

We don't have "unfiltered" tooltips as a generic option on stacked graphs.
but you can generate something similar as a customized tooltip.You can download the file with an example From this link
