Combined chart data to include multiple overlaying bar charts

I am coming from Tableau and am trying to recreate a chart that has 6 columns of data that combines 4 other common bar chart items. Basically the same four items are columns of data but appear in a bar chart format (screenshot below). Overlayed, these four bars can be compared to each other based on each row item. Pretty powerful visual but everything I have read is indicating its not possible in Power BI.

If you want to achieve the visualization, there are two methods:

1. Custom visualization 

2. Import from marketplace . But there may not be one in the marketplace that completely meets your needs.

The normal visualizations you cannot achieve this without making some customizations or thinking outside the box.

You can try the custom visual Bullet chart.
