Combine Table will load data for Single table and also Combined ones

Hey,

I have 4 tables which contain a lot of data from Azure Cost Management. I want to create one query which will combine all of the tables into one. The reason for different tables is, that the data comes from different contracts. I just used the combine.table function which works from my point of view, but it looks like that during a refresh, the data will be loaded for the previous single tables and also a second time for the combine query. Is there any way to prevent the second load of the data as it takes a lot of time?
