Columns not changing size based on value
Hello, I was hoping someone could help me please
How do I get the columns in this stacked column chart to change size depending on values? For example, september should be higher than august and december based on value?

Can you show a larger picture which includes the scale on the y-axis please? Or post a link to the pbix and i'll have a look.
