Columns in Multi Row Card?

Hello,   Is there any way to change the orientation of a multi row card? Here is a picture of what I have.   I'd like "Duplex" "Row" and "Single" to be my columns, and "Starts" "Vacant Lots" and ...

    You may select Unpivot Other Columns and Pivot Column in Query Editor.
