RafalK you will have to check the data type in power query as well the data type in power query and power destop should match

        did you checkin power query ? what is the data type over there?

        Maybe the column has null values and when it imports it is not recognized as numbers because of that.

        I would take a look at the column in query editor and make sure it is set as Whole Number
