Columns are not summing correctly when relating 2 tables

I am relating two basic tables, with a "Many to many (*:*) <> Both" relationship created between '2022 Master Log' [Item Description] and 'Cycle Time' [Item Description]. 

My issue is that the "Cycle Time" column is not summing correctly. It appears to only be summing the unique values for the item description, and I need  it to sum all values (correct toal should be 560 for Cycle Time instead of 315).
