Thanks for your reply, the previous steps is converted to table, its obviously looking for column1 which is not there. How to I get the table to convert correctly as it should show a column1?

 

Is frustrating as when the report is refrshed on another PC it works correctly, feels likes its a corrupted cache but I could be wrong as new to Power BI.

Hi Anonymous 

If you want to expand a column 'Column1', you need to have this column in previous step's result. From your screenshot, the 'Converted to Table' step returns a blank table. It doesn't have Column1. And the 'GeneratedList' step also returns a blank result. Can you check above steps to see from which step the result starts to show blank? 

 

And you say the report is refreshed correctly on another PC. What is the data source of this query? Is this PC able to connect to the same data source? Are you using the same crendentials to connect to the data source?
